At this point I cant afford to have a server that i control completely,
Hopefully next year, but not at this time, so basically thats why. I would
love to, but money is an issue right now.
I would love to be able to have LedgerSMB though.

Why not get a server that you control completely?
My needs are for small bandwidth, and I found an ISP that offered
OpenBSD which I wanted in particular, but they also offer other OS's
installed.

I think the problem is that the Postgres which BlueHost has, is an older
version, I contact them and I ask them if they will update it soon, and they
told me they wont ,,, so is not anyother way that I can install it my
self?
I would love to get LedgerSMB instead of the SWL-Ledger Hopefu
Does bluehost allow you to create plpgsql in the database in question?
Also if one has to do a manual load of the database this is not too hard.
