If I go to Add Employee, there is a dropdown for Manager. The dropdown is
empty and I can't seem to find anywhere in the software where I can specify
Manager or a list of Managers. Am I missing something or did I stumble
across a bug? If the latter, I will go ahead and submit a bug.
