When printing sales invoices in CSV format, my error logs are filling up

This is a lot of what I was missing to really get me going.
I wasn't clear about changes from 1.3 to 1.4, etc.
So it sounds like I should go ahead and use whatever is not changing but
use some of the newer stuff from 1.4.
