Hi everyone
LedgerSMB 1.3.32 has been released. This release adds overlooked
functionality, and corrects a number of minor to moderate problems with
previous releases. Those who are running 1.3.31 should upgrade sooner
rather than later. Others should upgrade after reviewing the 1.3.31

Thanks again, Erik! Unfortunately, still not quite there yet... but we're
getting closer!
Here are my current errors:
psql:sql/modules/EndOfYear.sql:28: ERROR: function eoy_reopen_books(date)
does not exist
LINE 6: SELECT eoy_reopen_books(end_date)
