I just found lsmb 1.4 does not provide the form to select COA variant from
list, seems it skips this step during the install process.
The result is, COA is empty.
Is it a known issue or user error?

Sideffect of the Sequences patch fo 1.3.
Caused by the new DBObject.pm
Just replace with the original, it works like a charm.
So, this file upload problem does not effect on stock 1.3, only patched version.

I only interesting about the file upload issue. I cannot upload file in the
latest 1.3.37 and I cannot catch the reason.
Otherwise seems ok.
