This is when entering a new service from the Edit Sales invoice screen.
This happens on "Save" and "Save-as-New" (except that Save-As-New
&lsmb_legacy::save_as_new).
p.s: I traced my invoice issues that I had reported last month to a missing
letterhead
template. I think that the key was that I put some carp's into
Template/DB.pm get_template() to log what templates were being
retrieved, and this caused the errors to become visible.
