Does [username] refer to my database user, ie "ledgersmb"? Because that
user already exists. Or does it refer to my (within ledgersmb) system user?

There was one more report_id vs adjust_id problem in Inventory_Report.sql,
line 53, fixed that myself but you'll want to do it in the repo:

Just to clarify, the bug I'm talking about has only been observed (to my
knowledge) in a heavily modified branch of lsmb. I'm out of town in CA
right now, but would be glad to check for it in stock lsmb when I get back,
and test any potential fixes.

used only when you are doing import_everything, the last one is for normal
db usage.
