By the way I forgot to mention I am using 1.2.18
I checked in Templates, a Spanish letter html timecard template is there.
Yet I get an English template even after creating an all es_VE user
(selecting Spanish-VE letter also when creating)

Since I have a little interest in being able to also use LSMB in
Spanish, I thought I would experiment a little
