Thanks, I got it!
Anyway, I found that, in some forms the date selector widget does not show the
graphics, only the numbers, definitely not ok. I did not post a ticket about
it, maybe it is a known issue with ongoing resolution.

I just found lsmb 1.4 does not provide the form to select COA variant from
list, seems it skips this step during the install process.
The result is, COA is empty.
Is it a known issue or user error?
