I am working on a Windows installer package that will include and run
installer packages for PostgreSQL and Apache. Not quite sure how this
will be managed yet. Still studying the issue (I am not a Windows
instaler expert) but I am using WIX.

in seeing these coming from the community rather than spending core
development time on this):
1) OpenPKG-based stack with a Spikesource-style installer.
2) VMWare image
