I tried doing a quick run of cpanspec over TClink but it looks like this
package is not quite standard.
Monday I can take a look at it and see how bad it will be to patch/hack
into an RPM.

I ran this on a Centos6 so there were a few changes.
To make life clean I built up a set of rpm's for the perl

I would be interested in testing it out - I have had other things to
deal with for a while but I want to get back to this soon. Ideally, it
would be good if we could package it into an RPM.
