rad if you can get it in there. Alternatively, poo on his door handles, or put
some expanding foam up his exhaust pipe. These are all things other people have
told me they have done to cars over the years.

Option 1: Clamping is still allowed but there must be signs clearly
positioned stating that they will be clamped and the charges that will
be levied to remove it.
