Dear fellow Mighty White fans and followers Next week I am running my first every 5k, and it's for charity. I'm taking part in the MacMillan Carnegie 5k fun run (although I'm not finding running that much fun!) on Thursday 7 June here in Leeds. My brother Michael, at the very young age of 48,
