I am also achingly closer to having fibre installed. Engineer came round to connect it on 2nd Jan and the blue string (with which they pull the fibre through the conduit) broke halfway! Leaving me with a 5 day hiatus while they try and rod it through 30m of conduit to work out what happened/blocke
