WATER REFORM IN AUSTRALIA

A review of Water Reform in Australia will be held on WEDNESDAY MARCH 15 
during the Xth World water Congress, Melbourne's Convention Centre, March 
12-17.

Australia is a pacesetter in water reform and significant changes have 
already been made in areas such as pricing and water trading, environmental 
water allocations, integrated catchment management, wastewater management, 
sustainable urban water systems and privatisation of water utilities.

The symposium will be chaired by Professor Peter Cullen, Director, CRC for 
Freshwater Ecology, Canberra.  Participants include:-
