Hello again and good morning . As the old saying goes, there is always more than one way to skin a cat. extending the bed and flipping over is one idea. but there are other ways to also do this. You could do this turning in two pieces and connect in the middle, using a bead to hide the joint

Hello those with experience, I just got a double-locking collar from Legacy so I can align stock. To put it on, I need to remove the index drive center from the headstock spindle. I have tried a good number of light taps with a rubber mallet without luck, though the rubber mallet might question
