I agree roger if I had that amount of money it would be a legacy I would buy. I
imagine you can use the lathe as a normal lathe as well but even then buying a
legacy and a wood lathe you would get change back.

Ian, nice video... and certainly the automatic feed, automatic drop of the

Roger, the 150K was in reference to what my friend paid for his Hapfo... and
actually the end price for his Hapfo was a bit more... and this was 20 years(or

We run 2 Wema cnc lathes where I work, basically a Hapfo cnc lathe with
different colors . Wema ( now Stienert) paid kickbacks to Hapfo for using their
design. It has a V profile Tantung edged cutter and runs at 3600 RPM’s with a
high feed rate. I can turn a baseball bat in under one minute vs.

Why spend $29 K when for around 50% of that Legacy will sell you a Maverick 5'

a better solution complete with software to do the turning. Plus they are able
to offer leasing, now is the time to go into busi
Hi Bill,It's probably the later. I once heard that "Down Under" - when you are born you are "100". And as time goes by, you turn 80, then 79, then 78, etc. You get the picture. So, you aren't getting old. If you want to "age" - come north of the equator - we we DO get older. Unless you live i
Laguna just came out with the Bat Master. CNC lathe that originally was
used to make bats, but can make anything long and round. Get ready for a
jaw-dropping price tag though ($29k USD).
