Hello BrigitteDremel bits are a good idea.  I will have to look into this idea some more. they are cheap to buy, HHS. and would not be all that hard to modify, if necessary.    defiantly something to look into.  although I am not aware of how many profiles they make. Thank You, My Legacy Lady.

I found 10 of the 12 Trend Doll’s House Router cutters available individually in the UK; 8 profile and 2 straight. Apparently the 12 piece set is sold out. The aren’t cheap; individual profile bits run around £40 each! individual cutters - Trend Products Online
