Hey John, I really don't have a trick, but do keep the set screws somewhat snuggle and Lots of times if I have a free hand I will keep it on the hand wheel. Also if its vibrating to much I will sometimes slow the router RPM down a bit and that helps. Re-chucking up the bit for better balance helps too. I have thought about putting an extended bolt in to replace one of the allen screws that we keep some pressure on and adding a star knob to just snug up to keep it from vibrating down. Also possibly a pressure lock of sorts right on the hand wheel at base of it so its out of the way. Not sure if any of that helps John. Just what I think about and or do.
