Bill, The unit came "very well" crated and incorporated a pallet at the bottom. If I had to guess, I'd say about 5 feet long x 3 feet wide by 4 feet high. Came assembled, but the optional stand has to be put together. Hand wheels and small stuff that could break off in a box and need to be at
