Tom, If you have two Surnames entered in the surname field in Legacy you can select the format of surnames on the report options format tab. If you tell Legacy to print surnames in All Caps then both names entered in the surname field will be capitalized. That same format tab has the option

Greg, The little box you mention is the Ancestor Color indicator box. When you point at it for someone who is not in your ancestral line (the box will have no color) you will get the message Not in Current Ancestor Line at the bottom of the screen. The Ancestor Color indicators in Legacy show

Ahh, that's what it is. After looking at the Tools menu I see Apply Ancestor Colors is the fourth option down. I clicked it and I do remember clicking on that the other day to see what it was. I've been using Legacy for at least 5 years if not longer and I'm sure I've clicked on that option

Hi, Has this happened to anyone else??? I just opened my Legacy program to the Family view, which is how it always opens, and it looks very different!!! It changed all by itself!! The print is much smaller and the 'blocks of space' are larger. I just used it yesterday, so it just changed today.
