Roxanne, The answer to this question may depend on other factors such as the country and the exact day of the census. In England the census is always held over one night ( I think a Sunday) in each census year, so we can put the specific date in the Master Source and use the Recorded Date

You do need to be careful simply copying OCX and DLL files. Other software programs may be looking for a specific version. The safest route is to first unregister the existing file. To unregister a file, type: regsvr32 -u filename.dll or regsvr32 -u path\filename.dll where path is the path to

Hi LouAnn, If your duplicate people have the same RINs, then they are not duplicates but the same person listed more than once. Do you have the name list set to show alternate names? You can tell these in the list by the tilde (~) before the name. Look up alternate names in the Help files
