You might also darken the text using software such as Corel Paint Shop Pro.
I did that recently on some old letters from Sweden and the text sharpened
up considerably. Then try OCR'ing it. Using Paint Shop think I used Color,
Fade Correction but you need to play around with the options to see

I have Legacy 7 with the last update, it is installed on E drive. I wanted
to try the Charting, and I get an error message saying the path cannot be found
and it's using the path of C:. I rechecked on Legacy and it is installed on
E drive, and Charting was installed when I originally upgraded
You can always find the installation path for a program by right clicking on
the shortcut icon on your desktop and selecting Properties

We are changing the world
When entering divorces in the marriage screen, if I tick the 'Status' name
to copy divorce from the previous entry, the Divorce will not stick. I
have to hit the down arrow and select Divorce, then it will stick. In each
case the Marriage entry page looks just alike, but the computer knows the

- from the originator to their outgoing mail server: Immediate
- from the outgoing mail server to the Legacy server: Immediate

I put nothing beyond yahoo's mail servers ... I've had emails sent from
a friend's yahoo email account to my yahoo email account take anywhere
from a few seconds to a few days.

Every time I need to browse for a lost picture I need to click many time to
arrive at the proper folder. Currently it is set at *'Legacy - Data*' How
do I set that so it goes to my file structure. If I can't change that it
seems like a useless function of the program. I went to the Options

many changes in MRINs Dec 28 and Dec 30 including these (that was
when I changed my filing system). If something messed up then, you'd
think I would have noticed before now because I use the INDEX all the
