appreciated! Thanks in advance!

after
seeing how easy the system was decided to try Legacy software as well. The
rest is history! Or should I say genealogy? I may just wait until the
conversion tool is available for sources rather than have to do any
renumbering.

Thank you Mike! Since I already have my files in MRIN order, I guess I will
not try that myself. I guess I will wait for the source conversion tool in
v7.

To
ering RINs and wonder, does that same apply for the MRIN? Since
I use that method, will the MRIN renumber as well and throw my paper filing
out of kilter?

Thanks for the suggestion Jenny. It would work except that I use my tags for
step-families. Some of the west pioneering families in my research
intermarried often and tagging allows me to follow these lines as well as
direct ones. I may have to change the way I do a lot of things now.

Hi Cheryl,
You enter people in any order that suits you and the sources you are using.
For example, if I have a sketched family tree from a relative, I
start at the
search for them elsewhere. Using the renumber RIN option would confuse the
paper filing system wouldn't it?
