How do I open that Advanced Tagging screen? (I've looked at the
Legacy User Guide pp. 109-10 and at online help and can't figure it
out. There are several options under Tools that start with
Advanced, but no Advanced Tagging that I see.)
Thanks, Paul

The other point to consider is that it is better grammatically to use the
word the before Rev.: e.g., the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (So
say 59% of the Amer. Heritage Dictionary's usage panel.)

Of course, there will be other Mc's besides McDonalds. So maybe you want to

Mike,
I understand. Thanks. I was coming to that conclusion on my own as I
worked on it more.

I imported a GEDCOM file. Man A married Woman B and had children with her
and then married Woman C. When I look at the Assigned Sources list for man
A, there are four events listed for each marriage:
Marr: woman B
Had No Children: woman B
Did not marry woman B
Mar Notes: woman B
Why does
I agree, Ila. Another analogy is to think of the master source list as the
card catalog in a library. A card catalog card gives you a lot of
identifying information about the book (or DVD, video, or whatever) it
describes, but it doesn't contain any text from the book.
Is there a way to change the default column widths in the Assigned Sources
screen?

It would be nice if that screen were programmed so that it would remember
the column widths one chose. Is making that suggestion here the appropriate
place to do it, or is there some other way I should submit this suggestion
to LFT?
