Evert, There is no Apply button when you go to Tools>Advanced Set Living. There is one when you go to Options>Customize Tab-Data Entry, in the box 'Presumed Dead'. I'm not sure this is working correctly as I have a database of 7,000 and after doing an advanced search Legacy says that over 5
