[LegacyUG] Question re FGS splash screen

When I click on the icon to create a Family Group Sheet, Descendant Chart, etc., there is no opportunity up front to change any of the Report Options because the screen splashes quickly and goes straight to the preview screen. I vaguely recall there is/was an option, somewhere, the causes
