Greetings, It sounds as if you now have two identical files. If so, simply delete one. How did you get two? Probably at some stage you either saved to a different location on your computer or practised restoring a backup and didn't delete the restored file. RINs are assigned sequentially by

I don't think Version 4 had a Descendancy tab - and this is a Deluxe feature. M. Nill can use Split Screen to compare the files and drag and drop extra people. If one file is considerably smaller than the other, this may be the way to go. You could use the Name List to see more people at once
