Like many of you I get Christmas letters not just cards from some family members at Christmas time. Some write long letters not just about what they have done, but their kids and grand kids etc. I have sometimes used the information to help answer questions or to prompt me to follow up on

If I received such a letter, I would: 1. scan and save with a title of christmasletter_sendername_year 2. define a source of Christmas Letter (some may already have a Family Letters source) 3. include the text of the letter in the detail text, or perhaps just the details as they apply to

Yes I use them a bit. I use them like I use any other email or letter. Master Source: Family Member Source detail: (Christmas) Letter date from X to Y. (or phone call, email, conversation, ...) Or if I get lots of information from the particular Family Member Master Source X Source detail -
