Hi Carol, Are you sure that both indexes aren't in the PDF? They are both there for me. (same version 6.0.0.155) However, in an RTF you can only have one index. It can only code for one index. In Microsoft Word you can only set up one index. You have to make your choice. Cathy At 09:16 AM 1/
