Apologies for error in my reply. I mis-read your problem as pasting
the "emdash" (—) and suggested replacing with the "endash" and spaces
( - )

It was in text. I guess code was involved because it was copied from a web
page? I hit Strip HTML and it now reads correctly.

seen nowadays in print material. Maybe it's not in the font set for Event
Notes. So it's been left "as is". You could replace it with
"space-hyphen-space".

begins like this:

However on the Individual Information page it displays:

Is this normal?
