I exported the relationship line that caused the error message to pop up to a new file and did not get the error. So if relationships are fine why the pop-up that says Child record was not found?

What does the install.log show? Using my search on the 'Windows' Start button for install.log. I found 14 files, 2 tied to Legacy. C:\Legacy\Install and C:\Legacy\Backup\Install If they are missing or unavailable, you may need to install on top of the original, which usually will fill all missing
