Hi, Is it possible to tag records that have no source attached to them so that I can see how big a job I have to do to get everything sourced. Yes, I know I should have done it at the time when I put the info in, but I didn't understand the need when I first started. Thanks Linda Legacy User

Thanks to those who replied. I have followed the suggestion using a small focus group but I am getting runtime error 9 whenever I try to preview the list I create. I have followed the suggestions on the legacy website to no avail. Any other ideas welcome. Linda Legacy User Group guidelines
