Actually you need to choose comma as the delimiter and the quotes as the
text identifier. It works perfectly then. Even easier, after you save
the file from Legacy, rename the file

I haven't done it in a while, but go to the address
labels in the reports, then use the choice Group
fields on one line. importing into Excel just needs to
use its delineating tool. Or just save the print of
the label sheet. There are a few ways, if you need
additional clues, ask again. Hope this
