My data folder contains my fdb Legacy file, but I notice that there
are other Legacy created files in that folder with the following
extensions: .CBH, FG, LDB, NC, NCO, Rel.Cal, RGD and TC. Can anyone
tell me what they are and what they do?

Thanks for the info, but what do they do? What happens if I delete
them? Does Legacy re-generate them? If I move, share or copy my main
file to another location, do I need to move or copy them too?
Use the Legacy Help (F1) to answer your question. Tip: Search for
Thanks... I was searching help using the keyword files.A lot of
these look like setting and formatting files. Shouldn't they be in
with program files or .INI files? What happens when you copy or
back-up a data file? Do you lose all your settings?

The Help file does not explain what the .REL and .CAL file extensions mean.
Can anybody enlighten me?

If I was you, I'd leave those alone. I don't know exactly what they are
but if your database is for instance named My Family and then you have
files called My Family.FG and My Family.TC, those are probably part of
your database and why are you messing around in there?
