[LegacyUG] How do I get to the online demos/tutorials referred to in Legacy Help

I’ve just finished using Help, “How to add parents.”
At the end of the Help instruction was a link, saying "To return to the Tutorial index, click here." I got a whole new index:

Exercise: How to Add Parents”

So I clicked the link, thinking I'd get to see a little video demonstrating things, but all I got was the instructions I had just read. 


QUESTION: How do I get to the online "Examples and Demos"?
