Hi Mike, I'm not sure what the problem is. I have 6.0.0.133, too. But I've been doing it at least since version 6 was released. Click on the Index tab, so that you are in the Index View. Now instead of right-clicking over Full Name for example, you can click on the Options button at the right.

As default, the Name List window opened as somewhat less than a half screen on the left. If you hover your mouse over an edge of any window that is not full screen, the mouse pointer turns into a double ended arrow. When you click at that point, you can drag the window to any size you wish.
