I'm not sure what the problem is. I have 6.0.0.133, too. But I've been
doing it at least since version 6 was released. Click on the Index
tab, so that you are in the Index View. Now instead of right-clicking
over "Full Name" for example, you can click on the Options button at

easily adjust the columns to be narrow by double clicking at the right
hand side of the column header. I then see 7 columns. My options
