If I understand your problem, you just needed to click on the BROWSE
button and select the folder (or subfolder) lyou want to look in. If
you have multiple folders, you need to change the BROWSE each time you
want to look in a different folder.

Yes, you can. Do you mean take them out of their individual-by-surname
folders and put them into the one Legacy/Pictures folder? or do you
mean put separate folders into the one Legacy/Pictures folder?
