[LegacyUG] Large Format Printing

I could not find this in the help and I tried to create a large format pdf profile (I have Acrobat Pro) but it failed to work. How can I generate a chart that is say 36 inches X 36 inches. I want to do this then take the file to Kinko's or Officemax (sorry I am in the US for those ex-US) and have

This may be neither here nor there, but somewhere in the Charting Companion instructions it says that something like only 400 or 500 people can be adequately charted at a time, and I believe that now. I tried a file of 1800 people on a Kinko's plotter, and it printed to a sheet 12 ft long
