person concerned with Pas-de-Calais and not the location list. I think

Although I have entered a death as taking place in Pas-de-Calais,
France, Legacy insists on displaying it as Pas-DE-Calais. The
individual (editing) screen shows the lowercase 'de' but the family view
and descendant chart use uppercase.
