Given a choice of several photos of an individual at different stages of

It seems that only one photo can be tagged to print in the photo gallery.

The only way to print multiple photos is to attach them to events.
This actually allows you to say more about the photo or the occasion
when the photo was taken.
eg: Attach your Dad's military photo to an event detailing his
military service.
