Firstly, I ran 'Restore File' and 'File Maintainance' from the Legacy File.
No result. After exhausting Jet 4 and other Legacy suggestions--I re-ran
'File Maintainance' again --and it worked. I can offer no explan

I had the same problem with Legacy Deluxe 6 on XP a few Legacy updates ago.
Both my XP and my Legacy programs were up to date. (I also had that later
version of Jet 4.0.)
I looked at the solutions list, compared it to my limited knowledge of
computers and any program, and decided to try unc
