If your Legacy Build date is before 22 May 2006 then Legacy would report
the date as an error.
In the Build issued on May 22 the sorting of dates was changed. Before
that an incomplete date (Which a Quarter date is) was sorted to the
middle of the date range. Now we sort those to the
