Just a thought but are you setting the first picture in the row of photos as
your preferred photo. The little asterisk needs to be showing on the photo
you wish to have displayed on your family view. Moving a photo to the first
slot doesn't automatically make it the preferred photo. Rig
Are you picking the preferred picture? That's the little asterisk at
the top right of the picture gallery. The picture that shows can only
be one and it's the one marked preferred.
