Add Marriage Event works to ADD a marriage to the individual, that is
why you are seeing the add new wife screen with the option to add a new
person or link to an existing. This is exactly as advertised in the Help

This option displays the Add wife/husband screen, to

Further to my previous message, there is a further, small problem with
Research Guidance. Marriage Events do not appear to be included in the
list of timeline events for an individual.
If they shouldn't, then it is slightly illogical to be able to add a
Marriage Event from the timeline tab. If

Tab 1 - Review Timeline - enables the user to add to the list of
timeline events by clicking on the 'Add Event/Fact' button. This then
pops up a menu where the type of event (vital, custom and marriage) can
