I have tried to install the latest build 6 December 2006 and keep getting "run time error 380 (invalid property value)". I have deleted the legacy.lng file and what I think are the "usr" extension files. Still the install hangs at about 54% on the legacy.exe file. Are the "usr" files "PerfectEx
