Eileen (et.al.) I use a program called nvu to create a webpage-index and then simply use the LEGACY CREATE WEB PAGES for most of the work. Upload it all (using SmartFTP) to my ISP webspace and - a usable (FAR FROM FANCY) Webpage with (the key to me) total cost of $0.00! You can see what I have at:
