I have been following LUG advice regarding putting images of a census
page into the Source Detail section but, knowing that it is not legal
to reproduce English census pages (Crown Copyright), I am now worried
that they may be printed out in some report. I have looked at the
various report options

I'm about to start using source pictures in my file and would like to
know if I should continue transcribing the information from the source
or leave it for the source picture to display?
I can't seem to use the Picture Gallery to add a source picture, I
seem to have to add the picture
If they're not on your reports, they're not on your reports. You can
always uncheck all options for each report for including Pictures to
make sure, but really, if you can't see them, they ain't there.

Detail box, then I attach the picture to Source Detail Picture (under
Multimedia on the Source Detail screen or by clicking the picture icon
on the bottom right of the Assigned Sources window). If I'm using this

In the FGS Report Options > Sources Tab look in the left hand column. Is
there a check mark on the option to combine multiple sources into a
single paragraph?
Turn off that option and you should find that the options to print
source pictures will become available.
