If I understand you correctly, after telling it I want to download the
update and then it takes me to the screen that says click to download Legacy
Deluxe 6.0, it is -- instead of

(I am using Legacy Deluxe 6.0.0.155--28 July 2007 build -- because although
I have attempted to download the latest version, and click on download
UPDATE I am eventually taken to a Download Legacy 6.0 screen, which
