Hello,
Are you on either a network or logged in as a different
user on a computer that has multiple users setup?
A possiblility that this type of thing could happen if
the software was loaded by someone with administrative rights and being used by
someone who does not have administrative rights.

have just downloaded the upgrade for legacy and the free edition of
Passage Express. I cannot open a new project in express. I kepp getting the
message:
An Error
occurred in NewProject
(76) Path Not Found

Anyone else having
this problem.
